Not satisfied? You can return your purchase within 14 days.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have 14 calendar days, counted from the day after you receive your order, to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason.
How to proceed
Send an e-mail to [email protected] with your order number and the products you wish to return. We will send you the return instructions. Send the products back within 14 days to: FUSE SOLUTIONS BV, Steenweg op Ruisbroek 257, 1620 Drogenbos, Belgium.
Condition of the products
Return products unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. You may be held liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to test the product.
Costs
The cost of returning the goods is borne by you, unless the product is defective or we delivered the wrong product.
Refund
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of dispatch) by bank transfer, including the standard shipping costs of the original order.
Exceptions
No right of withdrawal for products sealed for hygiene or health reasons once the seal has been broken (e.g. beauty products), and for made-to-measure or personalised products.
Defective or damaged product?
Let us know as soon as possible at [email protected] with photos. We will arrange a free repair, replacement or refund under the legal warranty.
