Terms and conditions
1. Identity

2. Scope
These terms apply to every offer, order and distance contract between Valtieri and the customer via valtieri.eu. By placing an order you accept these terms.
3. Offers and prices
All prices are in euro and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown before you place your order. We may correct obvious errors in price or product information; in that case we will contact you before shipping.
4. Ordering
The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail. We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, in case of an obvious price error or suspected misuse. Amounts already paid will be refunded.
5. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer. After your order we send you the payment details by e-mail. We ship as soon as payment has been received on our account. If we do not receive payment within 14 days, we may cancel the order.
6. Delivery
See the Delivery & shipping page. Delivery times are indicative. If delivery has not taken place within 30 days of the order, you may terminate the contract.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from their purchase without giving a reason. See the Returns & refunds page.
8. Warranty
Our products carry the legal 2-year consumer warranty. Please report a defect within two months of discovering it via [email protected].
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to direct damage and to a maximum of the order value, except in case of intent or gross negligence and without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
10. Complaints and governing law
Complaints can be sent to [email protected]. Belgian law applies; the Belgian courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules. Consumers may also turn to an accredited alternative dispute resolution body (economie.fgov.be).
