Data we process
When you order: name, delivery address, e-mail, phone number and, if applicable, company name and VAT number. With an account: your login details (password stored encrypted). For contact or quote requests: the information you enter. Plus technical data needed to operate the website.

Performance of the contract (order, delivery, payment, customer service); legal obligations (accounting and VAT); legitimate interest (security and fraud prevention); consent (analytics cookies, only if you give it).
Who we share data with
Only with parties we need to fulfil your order: carriers, IT and hosting providers and our accountant. We do not sell your data.
Retention
Accounting records are kept for 7 years, account data until you delete your account, contact form messages for at most 2 years.
