Delivery area

We deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg.

Orders are delivered within 5–8 working days after your payment has been received. Items may arrive in separate parcels.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order. Delivery in Belgium is free from an order value of € 100.

After your order you receive the bank transfer payment details by e-mail. We ship as soon as payment has been received.

As soon as your parcel is dispatched you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.

Please check your parcel on receipt. If it is damaged or incomplete, report it as soon as possible at [email protected], preferably with photos.
